SHIPPING POLICY

Free delivery will be offered upon purchase of HKD1,000 and delivery to Hong Kong only.

All deliveries would be made within 7-9 days.

If you cannot select the shipping countries as you desire, it should be currently unable to deliver orders to these countries due to courier network issue. You can, however, browse our full catalogue on the websites to buy at your local retailer or contact us at cs@po-selected.com for more information.
Orders shipped to the destination may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by PO: Selected Co., Ltd. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

 

 

ORDER & REFUND POLICY

Placing Your Order

  1. Choose the items you would like to buy and click "Add to Cart". Selected item(s) will be added to your "Shopping Cart". You can choose either continue shopping or check out and complete the details.
  2. You can review and amend your order in shopping cart anytime.
  3. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Confirm Order".
  4. Once your payment details have been confirmed, the order will go to PO: directly, and you will receive an on-line order confirmation. As soon as the shipment has been completed, an e-mail with your tracking number and a copy of the invoice will be sent to you. This has to be kept as a receipt and warranty document.
  5. The sending of the order involves the acceptance of the sales conditions here described.

 

Payment System

We accept Visa, Master, AE and Union Pay. All payments will be finished in "Paypal" system.

 

Goods Return or Exchange

  • Please refer to the Return & Warranty Policy for all terms and conditions applied.
  • If the product appears to be damaged while it is being transported and delivered, please contact our customer service at cs@po-selected.com with a photograph of damage proof and sales invoice within 7 days upon received the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. If any product sending back to us without notice, we will unable to record the case and follow up.
  • When we receive your email to request a goods return, our staff will authorise this by replying you by email and detailing how the product/s can be returned.
  • Please note that any returned goods should be carefully packed in the original materials, and put together with all accessories and instruction booklets that are originally included.
  • We do not take any liability for any goods returned to us without permission. To help ensure the products gets to the destination safely, please protect it against damage with proper and sufficient packaging, and returned to us via a tracked service.

 

ORDER TRACKING

In usual conditions, delivery would be arranged within 9 working days from the date of order. After the auto email confirmation of your order, you will also receive an email notification from our staff to advise you that it's on the way upon the order has been dispatched. The email contains your shipping details such as the carrier, the carrier's website and the tracking number. You can use this information to track the exact location of your parcel with the carrier.

If you have not received your order in a reasonable time, you should get in contact with our customer services. You can leave us a message in the page of "Contact us" or sending an e-mail to: cs@po-selected.com with the order confirmation number. We will be able to check the progress of your order and confirm with the carrier the status of your delivery.
